In this most popular session, a combination of various healing styles are used including vibrational sound, reiki, chakra balancing, Swedish massage, as well as other techniques, all working to heal and balance the mind, body and spirit.

Discussion with the client and intuitive guidance will determine which combination of healing styles is most beneficial for them at that time.

There is something deeply healing and often even profound experienced when these styles are combined. Many have said that the level of relaxation and peace this session allows is unlike anything they have known before. Each session is a unique and personal experience.

Chakra Balancing
A peaceful, sacred space is created for the client, then the seven main chakras are checked for health. Various energy healing methods are then intuitively utilized to encourage flow and balance to the chakra system. Vibrational sound healing instruments (singing bowls, tuning forks, etc.) may also be incorporated, promoting the release of stagnant emotional/energetic blocks in the subtle energy field.

Reiki Healing
During this session, the practitioner places the hands above or lightly touching the body. The reiki practitioner, trained to access and serve as a channel for the life energy, uses a passive touch that some clients experience as warmth or tingling. Reiki energy flows from the practitioner’s hands to the recipient’s body and energy field, promoting restoration of overall health and well-being.

Vibrational Sound Healing
​
I often refer to this session as your own 'personal concert' from spirit! I allow intuitive energy to guide me as I play the sound instruments. I never play the instruments in the same order or use the same combination of sounds. I have come to realize that as the energy flows through me, I am guided to play in a way that seems to serve the particular client on the table at that moment. It is a beautiful experience, promoting a meditative, relaxed state allowing clients to actually feel the vibration shifting energy in their body.
​
This session includes the use of various instruments such as Quartz Crystal Singing bowls, Tibetan Metal bowls, Gongs, Ting Shas, Bells, Tuning Forks, Chimes, Drums, Rattles, etc.
​
The client relaxes on the massage table, allowing the sound vibrations to promote healing, re-tuning and aligning of the 'mind-body-spirit,' creating a natural state of wellness.

Group Sound Immersion

Do you have a workshop, retreat, class or group event that would be

Imagine your special event or workshop being even more amazing! I will bring all of my singing bowls, set up my table and be ready to go!

By working alongside individuals such as reiki teachers, intuitive healers, breathwork facilitators and (spiritual/career/life) coaches, we have been able to literally raise the vibration in the room and set a beautiful tone for the event. The sacred and peaceful energy emitted by the singing bowls seems to add a sense of calm and connectedness among participants, enhancing the overall experience.
​
Group sessions include various instruments such as quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, ting shas, bells, chimes, rattles etc. The group is typically invited to sit or lie down comfortably with their eyes closed and focusing on their breathing while the sound is played.
