During this session, the practitioner places the hands above or lightly touching the body. The reiki practitioner, trained to access and serve as a channel for the life energy, uses a passive touch that some clients experience as warmth or tingling. Reiki energy flows from the practitioner’s hands to the recipient’s body and energy field, promoting restoration of overall health and well-being. Sound Healing is also included.

A peaceful, sacred space is created for the client, then the seven main chakras are checked for health. Various energy healing methods are then intuitively utilized to encourage  flow and balance to the chakra system. Vibrational sound healing instruments (singing bowls, tuning forks, etc.) may also be incorporated, promoting the release of stagnant emotional/energetic blocks in the subtle energy field.
