Healing Services

In this MOST popular session, a combination of various healing styles are used including a crystal bowl sound bath, reiki healing, chakra balancing, Swedish massage. Intuitive/healing tools, such as oracle cards and other sound healing instruments may also be incorporated. Each session is a deeply healing, unique and personal experience.  Also Included:  Heated table and soothing aromatherapy + Pre-session discussion and post feedback.

During this session, the seven main chakras are checked for health. Various energy healing methods are then intuitively utilized to encourage flow and balance to the chakra system. Reiki & sound healing instruments are also incorporated, promoting the release of stagnant emotional/energetic blocks in the subtle energy field. ​Also Included: Sound healing, heated table and soothing aromatherapy + Pre-session discussion and post feedback.

The client is immersed in the sounds of quartz crystal bowls as the frequencies 'wash' over them. This promotes healing, re-tuning and aligning of the 'mind-body-spirit,' creating a natural state of wellness. Enjoy your own 'personal concert' from spirit! I allow intuitive energy to guide me the instruments as they are played. Session may also  include: Healing music, Tibetan Metal bowls, Gongs, Ting Shas, Bells, Tuning Forks, Chimes, Drums, Rattles, etc.

During this session, the practitioner places the hands above or lightly touching the body. After a short sound bath, a gentle touch is used that some clients experience as warmth or tingling. Reiki energy flows from the practitioner’s hands to the recipient’s body and energy field, promoting restoration of overall health and well-being. ​Also included: Sound healing, heated table and soothing aromatherapy.

This session includes a combination of both reiki energy healing and Swedish massage therapy. Reiki, which includes a gentle touch, is given 1st so that the client can relax into a more peaceful and meditative state.  As the client becomes more relaxed, this allows for softening of the muscles and an even more therapeutic experience than massage alone.   ​Also included:  Sound healing, heated table and aromatherapy.
